Is it free to visit the exhibition?

If you register on the website using a promo code, the visit is free of charge. You can also purchase an e-ticket on the website for 600 roubles or buy one at the ticket office on the territory of the exhibition centre for 1000 roubles.

Do I need to print an e-ticket?

No, all you have to do is show the e-ticket on your smartphone screen.

Where can I park my car?

There is no free on-site parking at the Timiryazev Centre. However, visitors may use the city paid parking located on Verkhnyaya Alley. Parking is subject to the tariffs set by Moscow Parking.

Where can I find the programme of events of the exhibition?

The detailed schedule of the programme of events and the list of speakers will be published on the website closer to the date of the exhibition in the section «Business Programme».

Is there free internet access?

Free Wi-Fi access is not available.

Where can I get something to eat at the Timiryazev Centre during the exhibition?

A 250-seat food court and a cosy café are available to visitors at the Timiryazev Centre.

Is there a storage facility at the exhibition where I can leave a box, bag or suitcase?

Yes, contactless automatic storage lockers are available on the premises of the Timiryazev Centre. They can be used to store bags, boxes, and small to medium-sized suitcases. The lockers can accommodate items with approximate dimensions of up to 60×40×40 cm. The system is fully automated – you receive a receipt with a barcode, place your item inside the locker, and close it. It is a convenient and secure solution, allowing you to enjoy the exhibition without carrying extra belongings.

Is there a way to collect information about exhibitors electronically?

For visitors’ convenience, the free LeadFrog app is available at the exhibition – a service designed for quick contact exchange and collecting information about exhibitors’ products. There’s no need to gather business cards or add contact details to your phone manually, and no need to carry around heavy printed catalogues. All information is organised and remains accessible for 14 days after the exhibition.
